Flashing artifacts on CSN-HD

Anybody noticing a lot of "flashing" artifacts on CSN-HD tonight? I noticed it during the Wizards-76ers game last night but it seems to be happening a lot more during the Wizards-Rockets game tonight. It seems to be a few rows in height and always near the middle of the screen. I can't verify if it's a signal strength issue because my H20 doesn't think I see any transponders at 99°, which is kind of an annoyance as well.
