When you "force" a download... it will scan the data stream for what ever is the "announced" versions available for your system.

It doesn't re-validate against what you arleady have... thus why it will say it found 0x10b and start to re-download it.

As basically by doing the 02468, that is what you instructed it to do.
Hence why once you are on 0x115... you don't want to try to force it again, unless you want to go back to 0x10b..

No one should be getting 0x115 right now.. (even though there is one person who posted they are).

0x115 is a Release Candidate... not a national release, or a release that is in staggered rollout mode.

You had to force a download during one of the two windows Monday and Tuesday in order to get the preview of the release candidate x115. If you did not do this, you will have to wait on either another window for the next preview or until x115 goes national which at this point, I would be surprised if it does go national due to the lockup/reboot issue.

Right now it looks like it is possible the LA area, has it "tripped" on for some reason.
