Fox Sports World Scores with Big Events
Fox Sports World Espanol, the Spanish-language sports network for U.S. viewers, has put together its future slate of programming, which includes the return of several high-profile events. The Copa Toyota Libertadores football tournament will run its complete course on Fox Sports World Espanol beginning in February 2003 with more than 126 matches featuring 32 professional club teams from Mexico and South America.
Also included in the programming mix is season-long coverage of soccer from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, England, Honduras and Mexico; baseball from the Caribbean and Major League Baseball postseason; and professional boxing from both Mexico's Cinturon de Oro and the domestic Boxeo Profesional.
