Dish didn't have FoxHD for San Diego, but a could days ago I noticed channel 6410 XETV! I almost picked DirecTV because of this single channel but I'm glad as hell Dish managed to get FoxHD considering their issues with each other at the moment. OR is that done? LoL. I'm late on news. How long has FoxHD been around? Any new channels besides Fox?

The issue is that San Diego's Fox affiliate broadcasts from across the border. They are, in fact, a Mexican television station licensed only to broadcast from within Mexico. That means they are not subject to any Must-Carry laws and must have their own retransmission agreement with Dish (which usually requires Dish to fork over some dough). That's why it took longer to get Fox HD in your area.
