Historically, no. I have tried it in the past. I think the complexity in giving every subscriber temporary On Demand rights for just the weekend is too much for them to handle. Just the channels alone.tcatdbs said:

Announcement says "four days" but dates indicate Saturday to Monday (9/15 - 9/17). I suspect they meant Friday (9/14) as a start, but we will know more in a couple days, I guess . . .
