I just called direct tv to order mlb extra innings. Was told it is free this year for me. I had the rep note my account. As I always had to pay For baseball. Has anyone had this? I have not received any emails or anything
First I've heard of anyone getting it free.I just called direct tv to order mlb extra innings. Was told it is free this year for me. I had the rep note my account. As I always had to pay For baseball. Has anyone had this? I have not received any emails or anything
The difference here is that this is costing DIRECTV money (paying MLB for the subscriber) where free NFL ST was just a loss of income (assuming the customer would have paid if they didn't get it free). Also keep in mind they use to give away NFL ST for free to a lot of subs , so it's not completely un heard of lol
Nope.I got the MLB Package for free (loyalty). I was thinking of switching to streaming service, wonder if I still get the MLB Package?
With the exception of T-Mobile, not sure of any other company that gives customers (non employees) free sports packages , I even got half off NBA LP 2 years in a rowI got the MLB Package for free (loyalty). I was thinking of switching to streaming service, wonder if I still get the MLB Package?
Dish. Comcast. Altice. Verizon Century Link. Spectrum. Etc etc etcWith the exception of T-Mobile, not sure of any other company that gives customers (non employees) free sports packages , I even got half off NBA LP 2 years in a row
Of course they do lol my local company used to give out center ice all the time I can’t believe you actually think directv is the only one giving free seasonal sports packages lolThey give customers (out of market ) sports packages free ??, I highly doubt that
You in the last hour personally spoke with employees in customer retention at 4 companies to confirm there broad policy’s. Meanwhile people here complain every day that not everyone gets the same deals from Directv customer servicejust confirmed with a cox, spectrum and altice and fios employee not free for consumers or for them, and they all laughed why would they give those expensive packages free ..
Evidently not considering the way higher rate of customer lossesLike I said i use to work at some of these horific cable cos . So keep in contact with folks etc ...
And my overall point is directv takes care of there customers more than the cable cos .
As with anything can't make everyone happy
