Has anyone else received the following E-Mail? I called and they are going to swap my Sony HD200 with a replacement. Does anyone know what the replacement is?

So I just broke down and called their number expecting to put up a fight and calling in multiple times. I was totally amazed. The rep was polite, looked up my record and said:

"No, problem, would you like to have an installer come out TOMORROW and install your three FREE recievers and dish?"

"No cost?" I asked.
"No cost." He said.
"No installation fee?" I asked.
"No fee." He said.

I did ask to have the order emailed to me to look over though.
And he did offer to sell me the NFL Sunday Ticket, but wasn't pushy about it.

He even said that the installer would be bringing H20's. We are in an area that doesn't have an agreement with the local CBS affiliate. But after reading other posts, I'm not too confident that's what the installer will actually bring.

So the installers came out and set me up without any problems or issues. They did bring H23's with them though. I'm all set up for more HD goodness.
Enjoy your new equipment and all the new channels, more coming in the next weeks.

Black case (I think)
No built-in OTA tuner
No need for b-band converter (functionality is internal)
