I have been given both a VIP 722 and a VIP 622. I talked to dish network and they said that the serial numbers are fine to sell.
Ebay suggest that they sell for $100 and $150. I have no idea what they are worth because I am a directv subscriber. I will ship them anyway you want as long as you pay for the shipping.
The VIP 622 comes with just a remote.
