I'm trying to find more info about this because I can then use my second cables to come out of my 5x8 multiswitch into the OTA ports (when they're enabled).

FTM... hardware or software upgrade? If hardware, how much? I'm not looking for an exact price, more of a ballpark within $100. The reason I'm looking early is because I can budget it now before the wife thinks I'm spending all our money at one pop.

FTM is 99% hardware upgrade.

No prices are out yet, but you can probably expect it to be above the $100 mark for the main unit. Not sure how much though.

We should know more about FTM before Thanksgiving.

I don't think he was asking if it would be $100. He was looking for a dollar amount that would be within $100 of the final price, i.e. a quote of ~500 if it is expected to be between $4-600.

I don't think it is going to be "that" much...

But we should no more later in the year.

So it acts as a multiswitch/stacker/destacker of some sorts? Would FTM make dual buffers more of a possibility?

FTM will allow you to have 2 tuners, with only 1 feed running to the box.

It will have no bearing on dual buffers.
