After waiting on hold for 45 minutes to speak with BB division CSR I was finally able to find out the reason why I stopped receiving all Blockbuster email notifications (titles shipped, titles returned, etc.) approximately two weeks ago...
It seems as though the BB division was recently relocated from Texas to Colorado, but in so doing some (as the CSR put it) “technical difficulties” were encountered—email notices being a part of those “said difficulties”.
Currently there’s no estimate on when this aspect of the service will be restored...
