Thanks for the update bpayne. Looks like I'm not going to be adding an HR20-700 anytime soon.
FYI: HR20 supply in the Pac NW is 0 as of today
Just wanted to post this- more to give a head's up then to be the bearer of bad news-
Out of the five warehouses that our site runs in Oregon & Washington- we have less then 20 HR20s. Just our site alone is installing 40+ a day.
I was told not more then five minutes ago that we're expecting 1 or 2 half-shipments (typically a two-day supply) of HR20's between now and Thanksgiving.
I can't speak for any other HSP warehouse or retailer, but I'd be willing to bet that they're in the same boat we are at the moment.
I feel horrible that customer's have rearranged their lives and schedule to get this product only to get a call the day of the upgrade or install that there are no receivers available.
