Can the Genie be added to my currnet network of 2 HR20-700's and an R22-200(HD Version) DVR's?

If so, will that give me 11 tuners (5 Genie, 6 from the other DVR's)?

Yes it can. You'll have to get a SWiM16, or two SWiM8's in order to support that number of tuners. If you order the HR34 from DIRECTV they would include any upgrade needed in order to suppor that number of tuners.
