Getting error when trying to download On Demand stuff online

I was just looking at the On Demand titles available online and I tried to record one, but I get the following error:
You do not have a HD DVR receiver that supports the recording of On Demand titles.
Order a receiver that supports this feature.
Oh yes I do. I have an HR20 that is networked. I can download On Demand titles from my remote. Any idea what's wrong?

No one?

Well I still can't download from Directv's site. I can download something while in front of the TV, but I don't have MHD listed.

I was able to search for an MHD title on the m.directv.com site and find it and record it, but not on the Directv site.

Any ideas?

There seem to be some issues with Remote Scheduling right now. It's being reported by several others.

When you say you don't have MHD listed, you mean it's not in the guide at all, even when you're browsing all channels? If that's true, perhaps refreshing your services at the DIRECTV website might not be a bad idea.

Yes, MHD VOD isn't in the guide (but MHD is). And it's not listed when I go to Menu, On Demand, All Channels either.

I just tried refreshing and it didn't help.

I don't think there is an MHD On Demand channel.

Go to Directv's on Demand guide. It's listed there. Regardless, I can't download any on Demand stuff from the main Directv website, but I can from the mobile site if I search for it. Regular remote scheduling is working fine from the main site.
