John, you are exactly right on all counts. Frankly, I have never been a fan of golf and I have never played the game (except for the miniature variety), but I admire the great skills of those individuals who go on the pro tour, week after week. I read John Feinsteins excellent book "A Good Walk Spoiled" and came away with a new found respect for those who make their living playing golf. They don't travel with large numbers of "toadys" (entourage) and, with a very few exceptions, (perhaps Tiger Woods), they don't receive appearance fees a la pro tennis players.
