Google TV, IR Blaster, and the THR-22

Does anyone know or have any experience with getting Google TV's IR Blaster to interface with a THR-22, or even an HR-22?

We just got one (Google TV) last month on sale from Target and we're about to order a THR-22 for the TV and retire the SD-Tivo.
