Give us signal strengths to start with, also try to specify the switch a ' 16 by whatever ' really doesn't say much.
Also:

750 - Service Not Active - Customer needs to have HD access to be able to view OTA channels.

I have a eagle aspen 16 multiwitch.. for 16 inputs outputs.... My signal strength is 0's all across the board im not gettign any signal anywhwere in any of the receivers and my dish is as sturdy as a tree.. im thinking maybe lnb problem or multiswithc problem.. direct tv wants to charge me 79 bucks for service call
i do have hd acess. i have been up and running with my hd dvr and all my recievers without any interupption for years now..I have the hd dvr plus package..
If the multiswitch is powered try unplugging it and then plugging it back in.

Can you bypass the multiswitch and try running a cable directly to a receiver to see what happens with your signal strength?
Unless you only have HR10-250s that switch is no good.

Any slimline install would require a wideband switch such as a Zinwell WB68 or WB616. All HR2x IRDs require such switch.

But do test what Ken S posted.

Unless work was done in the last 90days or you have the PP the answer is no.
that sucks so does my issue sound like a multiswithc problem
How much IRDs do you have in total. If all of them are out it might be a switch issue. But it could be a dish issue too. Hard to say with the info you provided. Do you really require that Zinwell WB616 switch ?

yes i do i have 4 receivers but i have 4 more i use for the sunday ticket and 2 of the dvr need 2 inputs so i need liek 10 runs... and everyone of them is out i did have a storm passthrough that day perhaps it got hit by lightning
If it was lightning, check with your homeowners insurance agent. You may be covered.
Have you checked your power inserter on the WB616?

Eddy,

If you want Sunday Ticket in HD you're going to have to move to the new HR series of receivers. That means a new dish and new multiswitch. DirecTV is running all sorts of upgrade freebie promotions...you may get around needing the service call if you upgrade.

If you're not interested in that...try bypassing the multiswitch to one receiver....take the output cables to a receiver and couple them to the inputs to the multiswitch so that receiver is now connected to the dish directly. You can get a female to female connector at Radio Shack for a couple of bucks.

If that works your multiswitch or the power supply for it has gone bad.

Also..if you haven't yet...just make sure all of the connections to the multiswitch are nice and tight...might be worth taking them off and putting them back on to be sure there's no corrosion inside.
guys i ahve the newer hr dvr.. i have a hr 10 700 with a slim line dish and a zinwell 6x16 i have had this for awhile.. i get all mpeg 4 channels... the guys is coming tomm for service call lets see what he finds
