Guide Acquires Spotty Programming Info

In addition to many "freeze-ups," and missed recordings for no apparent reason, my HR20 now seems to be unable to acquire channel programming past the next few days. I have rebooted, and have checked the transponder strengths, but to no avail. A number of new shows are starting, and with no guide info, I cannot even schedule them for recording. Anyone have any thoughts on how I can force the guide to get the programming information? My HR20 is connected to a phone line.

On the HR20 phone line doesn't matter. I think D* and Sinclair are still working on the guide data issue, because it is still being changed day to day in my neck of the woods, I know its a pain but waiting is the only answer I see. I had to wait about 3 days once the recent OTA problems were solved before my guide data went out 2 weeks. Hang in there.
