2 days ago I installed at HR21 at a customers house. Everything worked great but yesterday I got a call from him saying that his guide data was not loaded. We were going back so I thought I'd just reset the receiver and life would be good. After installing a SWM8 yesterday before I left I check the guide data. Everything appeared to be fine with every channel I checked loaded. Now this morning I get a call from the same guy complaining about no guide data. After talking to him on the phone he is now missing data where I had it yesterday (channel 281) and only has a few channels where the guide has populated at all. Signal strength is great on all sats and he has guide on all other receivers.

WHAT CAN I DO??? This is a replacement DVR, could it just be bad???

What are the signal strengths on the 101 satellite?

everything on 101 is 95 plus.... signal is screaming on this install. I always force the software update before we activate the receivers.

I'd still try to re-force. It could have had a bad initial install.
