So my parents genie and hr24 dvr are both displaying to be announced on all channels on the guide except for their locals.I have tried rbr,unplugging and manual resetting…still won’t come back..been over a week…I can usually solve their problems but could use a little help…all channels come in and his signals are ok…thanks

Try CLEARMYBOX and then let the guide repopulate over the next 24 hours.
