DirecTV sent me an H21-100 to replace an H20 that wouldn't work for more than a few minutes after completing the satellite setup - if at all.
First thing I noticed was that the menu backgrounds were a dark blue, (which honestly, I like better than the white, but I digress...) so I figured I'd come here to find out what the latest firmware for this unit was.
While I took a few minutes to catch up on current posts before searching, the box went and downloaded the current software for itself.
Just thought that was amusing.
Should I be surprised that the H21 doesn't have a SWM signal page? The only box I've connected that had one was an HR21 Pro - my (working) H20 doesn't have one either.
