H21-100 Reset

Mine does the same thing. Kind of a pain to have to go through the entire setup procedure every time it resets itself and then have to go on line to D* and reauthorize it to get my locals back. Hopefully this is something that the 0x4082 firmware will correct.

I'm not sure if this is the right spot for this. I'm moving from one area to another. I'm setting my service up myself it tempoary at a friends house. When I turn the receiver on I can't get to the screen to do the set up like change zip codes. I have all the elevations azimuth and tilt. I just want to get the correct local.

You will have to change it with DirecTV. The locals are getting associated with the DMA or the zip code on your account.
