I posted a couple days ago that I was having trouble with my H21. After talking with Directv, they want to replace it. However, as usual, they can't guarantee I'll get another H21, in fact, it will probably be an H20. However, I already have an H20, and went through a big mess trying to get it to work. I have the Slimline dish with the SWM LNB. I do not have the original LNB that came with the dish.
Am I pretty much out of luck? Makes me mad since I just purchased it new 1 month ago.
What if they send an H20 as a replacement, and I refuse it. Will they send another?

Not sure what they'll do. But I would try it out before refusing. I am sure the CSR wouldn't be really willing to send another one if you haven't even tried.

I just received an H21 replacement yesterday. Its also an H21 and appears to be new and shiny. The old one stopped getting locals.
