H21 Tuning Problem

I purchased a new (Solidsignal) H21 last month. It's been rock solid until yesterday. The receiver will come on, and you can see and use the GUI, but it won't tune any channels. If I go into signal strength, it says it's not seeing 101, 119, or 110. It is seeing 99 and 103, but even if I tune to one of those channels, I still don't get any programming. Only way to fix it has been to reset it, but I really don't want to have to do that every day (It just did the same thing today). Could there be something wrong with the receiver already?
I checked my other receivers of course, and they're all fine. I am using a SWM LNB.
