OK, that's a new one. The light was flashing, but it wouldn't control either the R15 or the TV (the latter even with the switch on TV). So I pulled the battery for a few seconds, put it back in, and everything was fine.

I've had to do this on other remotes but not my R15's. With all the different codes they support, the remotes have become their own computer system.

To reset the remote:

1. press and hold MUTE & SELECT for two blinks
2. enter 9-8-1
