I have a 720 and it works excellent. In fact, just yesterday I installed a Xantech Hidden Link Kit (291-KIT) and it works good with that even!!! JOY

Glad I saw this - I was going to ask the same question.

But I'll add to it - if you had a choice for about the same price between an 880 and a 720, which one would you choose ?

720 over the 880. I've seen too many people having problems with the 880.

The 720 doesn't have a perfect base either. I routinely have to clean the contacts to make it charge. By routinely, I mean almost every time I have to put it on the charging cradle.
