Harrisburg locals in and out

Anyone else noticing that we are loosing our Harrisburg locals from time to time. Happened on tuesday during the 6 pm newcasts for 20 minutes,then again during dateline. It is all the locals and only the locals. I called another family member and there channels were down also, so it was not just my epuipment. It happend last week a couple of time also. Message comes up saying lost lock, searching for signal. Anyone else see these issues? Our locals are on sat 110.
