I have an order pending for some new MPEG 4 equipment. The order reads as follows:
(1) DIRECTV HD DVR $99.00
(1) DIRECTV Plus HD DVR $0.00
EQUIPMENT TOTAL $99.00
Install Fee $0.00
Delivery & Handling Fee $19.95
Tax $7.14
ORDER TOTAL PAID $126.09

I'm a little confused. Is there a difference between a "HD DVR" and a "Plus HD DVR"? Is this an order for two HD DVR's?

I assume the HD DVR is for a HR-21 or hopefully a HR-22.

I thought I was only ordering/receiving one DVR for free. I got one for free because they screwed up the original order and I had to call back 4 different times to get my account resolved correctly.

$99 is the usual price for an HD receiver or an SD DVR.

The Directv HD DVR is the Reciver that you are going to get, and The Directv Plus HD DVR is the programing package that you are going to get.
