After the first 67 markets for 2006 that D* has announced are rolled out, and I do understand there have been some delays and some may not rollout until 2007, will that be the end until 2Q/3Q when D* 10 or 11 are launched and operational.

Or does D* still have HD LIL capacity on the Spaceways and will continue to announce and rollout new markets throughout the spring?
