All 4 local channels seem to have gone dark. I was watching the local news on 13 when the picture just froze. Checked several other channels... I cannot get a signal on 8, 10, 13 or 31. National networks work fine. No error messages on any channels... just a black screen. Been happening for about 20 mins now.
Locals seem to be working again this morning.

I am a brand new customer as of Tuesday. I tried getting the local HD channels and got a 771 error. Anyone know what this means?
Added PBS - WXXI (21) to the lineup
Fox has had some intermittent audio stuttering, and this afternoon the picture froze, and then there were lines going up and down the screen with no audio. this is on the HD feed only
Getting 771 searching for signal on all locals. Everything is fine for a few hours then it happens again. SD locals are fine.

Yep, noticed a lot of audio dropouts last night on Fox as well.
How do we get Fox 31 fixed when they no longer have people in Rochester? Do we contact WROC? Directv?
Being in the Watertown DMA, we have WHEC10 as our NBC affiliate. I was wondering if you folks over there get other subchannels on your Directv subscription? Namely, MeTV for one. I can sometimes pick you folks up, over the air, and I'm interested in seeing if Directv is including that MeTV subchannel in your DMA. If so, I may try to twist some arms to get it here.
