I have noticed an odd problem with my HR21-700.

When I get heavy rain that knocks out all of my signals I wait for a few minutes and then SD channels are working fine. The odd part is the HD does not work... ever after the fade. I look at the signal strength and they normally read in the low 20's or worst except for the 101. This is where things get odd, when I restart the HR21 (via the menu) everything starts working just fine. On all sats my strength is back in the upper 80s at worst.

Any ideas? I really don't want miss programs just because I had a heavy rain. I have not talked to DirecTV yet and the system was installed about 6 months ago.

It may be related to this issue. An issue that has been going on for about 9 months.
