Basically the most recent set of upgrade offers ended on Dec 1st... but they extended them through the end of January at the same offers.

It would seem that with package names and pricing changes coming in Feb, that we would see different offers to upgrade as well. Perhaps better or perhaps equivalent offers.

I waited as long as I felt good about waiting and jumped earlier this month... but if you haven't already jumped and aren't going to miss anything in January, it might be to your advantage to wait another month and see what the new offer might become.
