"Mr. Cuban's other channel, HDNet Movies, will remain as-is."
Interesting bit:

To that end, the partners announced that Dish Network had agreed to expand its distribution of the channel to include non-high-definition homes. The change will allow AXS TV to have more than 35 million subscribers.

Sigh, another one bites the dust. HDNET used to be a great channel.
I have mixed emotions...

Outside of Nothing But Trailers, I really haven't watched ANYTHING on HDNet in forever...

Had it not been for the fact that I'm in the process of clearing off some older DVRs, I probably would have given "Hustle" a try though.

Hustle isn't an HDNET original. I think it got it's start on AMC in this country.
I know... I just never watched it, and I probably would have given it a try once HDNet started airing it, but the timing wasn't right.

There are some positives: "Seacrest is a stakeholder in the venture, with no plans to contribute as an on-air personality."
I like Ryan Seacrest a lot, so that's not really a positive for me...

I'm just curious as to what programming changes will be coming...
