Thanks, Nick. My tv is 4 weeks new and I've done only minimal tweaking (got rid of the horrid Vivid Mode), but I'm happy to have a good reference to start.

Rich, there are also some good DVD-based tweaking programs out there -- one
I've used for seveal years is Ovation Software's "SOUND & VISION Home Theater
Tune-up" -- There are several others.

Also, check AVS Forum for tweaking information -- often with model-specific tips &
tricks, including hidden service-menu access codes.

Can you please tell me where this AVS Forum is located? Also, how does the tweaking show work on Sundays? Tough being in the Central Time Zone and having to get up at 5:50 a.m. I have not got the HR20 because of all of its issues.
