Hell getting D* setup!!!!!

AHHH!!!! This is insane. OK in March my uncle had to move east from Wyomming to live with my grandparents because of his illness (MS). Well he had his mail forwarded to my house, well D* took this as an account at our house although its subscribed to no programming and has a balance of $0.00. Well they say that we arent new subscribers and cant get the deal, we fight it they say we can, then we cant, then we can. In the mean time the lady at the satelite place is trying to setup an account as a new one to give us the deal on the equip. So after a month of trying to hook up a D* account we got one setup and the equipment is comming tommorrow via UPS! We had to use a cell number to set it up and they said we can change the number on the account once it is all hooked up. So all is well and should have D* soon! CANT WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!
