Hello all,

*I meant to post this in the programming forum. Admin, feel free to move it there if necessary*

I'm missing some of the channels for the Olympics. Specifically I'm missing the soccer and basketball channels (754,755). the channels don't show up in my guide on my HR21. I went in to my favorites and set it to show all channels to make sure I'm not missing something.

Am I missing something here? Do I need to do something to get these channels to show up in my guide?

Here's what shows up in my guide:

750 USA - Shows Olympics
751 CNBC - Shows Olympics
751-1 - NBAHD - Nothing
752 MSNBC - Shows Olympics
752-1 - Nothing
753 - OXGN - Shows Olympics
753-1 - NBAHD - Nothing
754-1 - NBAHD - Nothing
755-1 - NBAHD - Nothing
756-1 - NBAHD - Nothing

I don't know - my HR20-100 shows the following (when I turn on Show SD Duplicates):

750 USA
750 USA
751 CNBC
751 CNBC
752 MNBC
753 OXGN
754 OBSK
755 OSOC
756 UHD

The only channels that aren't in the regular program guide are 754 and 755, the Basketball and Soccer channels. The USA, CNBC, MSNBC, OXYGEN and Universal HD channels are merely "virtual channels" that point to the same program content as the channels in the 200-300 range that are the same channels.

Got me. Do you have all 5 LNBs working? Try rebooting your receiver.

There's nothing on the -1 channels, right?

756 is the Universal HD channel ... the press release says 754 and 755 are "HD only" ... Maybe you have to have the HD extras pack to get these channels? If so, that's REALLY lame.

Reboot your receiver... If they are not there after that, reboot again (within 30 minutes of the first reboot)... This will clear out your guide cache...

I have all the channels, including UHD, even though I don't have the extra pack.
