The CCK was designed to connect older standalone boxes like the HR24 wirelessly ( or wired via Ethernet) so that they could be used for on-demand and whatnot. If that’s what you mean by stuff on your phone then yes. This is exclusive to DIRECTV on Demand, PPV, and start from beginning though.

It will not. DIRECTV receivers don't support "casting" from devices.
