I live in an apartment with very cool honeywell genesis wiring throughout (power, cat5e, 2 coaxial, and 2 pots utp to every room) and all they need to do is place the dish on my master bedroom porch and flat coax through the double doors to cable center in my walk-in closet.

I would suggest that you go to a authorized Dish reseller who does their own installs and work a deal. They are typically much more flexible and know how to push the right buttons with Dish.
