So I ordered Directv a couple weeks ago. They got it up and running, but have been on the phone about what I ordered a few times now.I got the package where I get a free hddvr, nfl sunday ticket, premiere package and hd channels. All for 74.99 or something like that.then they messed up my order.got that fixed but then they tried to charge me for my dvr.they tried to correct that by giving me 100 dollars off.but are trying to make me pay for the other 100.to bad they wouldn't give me a 100 credit on top of that free hd dvr too for all the phone calls i had to make.

As of today, I still cannot convince directv that they messed up.I told them to look at their site and see what they are offering.74.99 a month for 4 months.freed HD DVR.Free premiere package.Basically by paying for NFL ticket.I have been on the phone almost everyday. The guy I talked to today was like "well we met you halfway".I was like "hey,I just want what I ordered from you guys".I can't order online cause I live in Alaska. So I had to call a "special" number.I asked to talk to a supervisor and the guy said "well he's going to say the same thing".Then after all that he said he'll try to work it out.and if it doesn't basically,so be it.I asked who I could talk to he said I could send a letter to the president of the company.I can't believe it.crazy.
I haven't committed this address to memory, but you could e-mail Ellen Filipiak (I think the spelling is right?). Her e-mail address has been posted here several times, so a search for her name should find it.

Calmly state your case that you signed up under their Sunday Ticket promotion, yet you are being charged for the DVR that should be free. Might be your best bet at this point.
