Hopper/ Joey Questions

Currently I am D* Sub for 3 Years want to know more about Hopper Joey Setup I currently have 2 HD DVR's one in the living room and the other in one bedroom including a SD Receiver in master bedroom and HD Receiver in The basement if I'm not mistaken with Hopper I can record 6 at once during PT or can disable feature and record 3 at once, In my case I'll probably need 2H/2J setup (1H on living room,1H on bedroom) and 1J on master bedroom and 1J in basement. Is this the correct setup? Does Joey work on SDTV? or does each Hopper needs to be connected to a Joey Receiver?

Joey had HDMI and Composite outputs (red, yellow, white). You can use the composite to rf modulator if your sd tv only has coax.
