New Hopper (2 weeks since install).
Cat 5 cable to my router, ethernet traffic light shows activity on router as well as the back of the Hopper.
Programming, recording, etc. is normal through TV.
I'm unable to 'see' my Hopper using 'dishonline.com'. I can set a timer with that site but it never shows after the initial setting.
I'm unable to 'see' anything on my Hopper. Nothing that I've already recorded, and not delted, nada.
I cannot believe I'm the only one with this issue.
The 'technical support' people tell me they have 'submitted a ticket' to the engineering group.
I'm wondering if I'm an unknowing beta tester.
