I can connect to Playon via Home Media with no problem, I see all of the Playon apps (Hulu for example) and can drill down through all the menus and sub-menus to find just the show I want to view. However, when I push play to actually watch the show, it just hangs forever with the string of busy lights running.

Has anyone had this sort of problem? Any ideas how to fix it?

Think I found the problem -- I am running Windows 8. Playon admits they have issues with Win 8 which will be addressed by the time of the public release of Win 8 in October.

I installed Playon on my wife's Win 7 machine and now shows (via Playon) are displayed correctly using Hopper.

Yup. Works great on my Win7 server.
