Hopper was replaced yesterday due to a check switch screen every time the hopper wakes up. New Hopper did the same thing this morning and now our recorded items icons are just showing the channel icon , not the show icon. Pain in the butt for my kids that can't read yet. Please tell me the icon thing is just a setting. Any other ideas in the check switch issue?

Persistent Check Switch problems tend to indicate (to me at least) that there's something up with the cable between your Node and your Hopper.
