Since the s401 update my program guide will only download 1and 1/2 days of programming (Suppose to be 9 days). Also the icons under the What's Hot screen will not load. I have talked to dish support to correct the situation numerous times. A dish tech came to the house and could not figure it out. He replaced my hopper with a different one and it downloaded the s401 software update and it has the same problem. Has anyone else experienced problems with the guide since the update?

do you know what sat/tpn is carry 9-days EPG ? if so, check its level during a day and night periodically for 1 or two minutes to catch its drops
