Greetings to all:
I recently had a new dish service installed. The antenna uses the new hybrid LNB and I am considering buying a Wally. It is possible to connect the Wally and the Hopper with this type of LNB. I know that the best solution is to use a Joey, but the idea is that later on I would like to unsubscribe the Hopper and keep only the Wally. Thanks with any info.

No. You need a DPP LNB and a DPH42 switch (a relatively expensive combination).
No…
You do need a DPP LNB, as the Wally would need port 1 on a hybrid and will disable the other ports.
The correct setup without needing a 42 Switch is to run two lines from the DPP LNB to a solo node for the Hopper, and one line directly to the Wally. (Preferably with a ground block). Wally’s don’t disable DPP ports, and can be used on any. Solo nodes can support any Hopper except a Hopper 3.

I stand corrected as what you say makes sense. I think I fouled my thoughts by contemplating the wrong Hopper.
