Just got my ViP622 installed yesterday with my 42" Sharp Aquos and the change is stunning. I never thought I'd spend that much time watching Discovery channel.
One quick question: I seem to be having trouble getting rid of the horizontal bar. Right now, the Dish HD settings are "Off air," 1080i, and 16:9. When I leave it on this, all my SD channel have a horizontal bar. If I change it to 4:3#2, the HD channels have a horizontal bar but not SD.
Is there a setting that will remove the horizontal bar altogether, for both HD and SD?
