On my HR20 the HD 799 channel says searching for sattelite in. When I reset the unit it will work fine everytime but as soon as I flip to a driver channel then go back to 799 I get the searching for signal message again and the picture will pop in and out but looks like a jig saw puzzle. I also get a picelized picture on the main channel 73. I do not have this problem at all on my Hr21 in the bedroom.

got any ideas?
