Not on the network channel. If you go to the 4 individual driver channels you are able to listen to just the team radio.
Yes. At the beginning of the season they had just silence on the audio channels when there was no driver, spotter, crew chief conversation and it was horrible IMO. As a compromise they have put the network broadcast at a lower level when their is no crew conversation. Turn your audio level up a bit and the driver, spotter and/or crew chief will drown out the network broadcast.Justin23 said:So on the network channel if you switch to "Driver Audio", the network feed is always broadcast together with the driver feed?

A number of us complained because the channels were just silent most of the time - especially if you listen to a driver who doesn't talk a whole lot. The drivers on the audio channels don't have in-car mics like the 4 assigned driver channels, therefore, there is no ambient sound from the car. The best result would be that every time the driver, spotter or crew chief spoke the network broadcast would go silent, but I don't believe that is technically possible at this point.Justin23 said:I wonder why they don't drop the network feed off of the driver audio feed?
