Everything after 1 pm today says "No Info Available". Anyway to force it to download? I had it turned off last night. I have a 625.

Check signal on home transponder, what is transmitting EEPG (EKB or www.lyngsat.com).

My 625 did the same thing today. You can just do a front panel reset. After it reboots and acquires the signal, it should download the program guide.

Another way to do it is to do a check switch. After it completes it will force a guide download.

^ what he said. Menu 6-1-1 > Check Switch > Test

after the test is done, exit back to live tv and it'll force a download of the guide.
