My HR20 has been locking up and rebooting randomly since Wed. I called D* today and went thought the steps. First CSR then Advance Tech Support. During the discussion with ATS they said they needed to escalate it to the engineering group. I said ok but since I knew they were having a lot of problems with this receiver to please send me out a new receiver in the mean time. He said that engineering would have to make that call. This thing has locked up 2 mornings in a row and rebooted more then 10 times on its own. About 30% of those don't come back with out me resetting and/or unplugging it several times to get it back running. I can't see how this does not require replacement.
