How do you report offair channel errors to DirecTV?

Our local PBS station (KCTS) removed their off air 9-5 HD channel but DirecTV still think it is "there". I've removed it from my channel list but is there an "efficient' way to let DirecTV know they need to remove 9-5 it from the channel list? :)

You should contact the local station engineer and ask them to talk to Tribune Media. Tribune Media is the company that provides the OTA database information to DIRECTV.
Tribune operates the zap2it.com website, which still shows 9-5, so they haven't yet updated things.

Since the guide was showing the same programming under both 9-1 and 9-5, I went into the "edit off-air channels" screen and unchecked 9-5 so that it no longer shows up in my guide.
